Air fryer bone-in pork chops are the perfect way to get a nice crispy crust on the outside of your pork chops while keeping the inside tender and juicy. Seasoned with a quick and simple homemade dry rub that's made with chili powder and smoked paprika for a hint of smokey spice and brown sugar for a touch of sweetness.
Pat the pork chops dry with paper towel then brush all over with olive oil.
In a small bowl, mix together your seasoning blend. Sprinkle generously on both sides of the pork chops.
Transfer pork chops to the air fryer. Don't overlap the chops. Work in batches if needed. Cook for 12-15 minutes depending on the thickness of the pork chops and your desired internal temperature (see notes). It's best to use a meat thermometer!
Remove to a plate and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
